Step 1: Initial Inquiry & Requirement Confirmation (5-10 Minutes)

 Style & Specifications: Choose the type of reflective clothing (reflective vest, reflective jacket, reflective work shirt, etc.), size range (men’s, women’s, unisex), fabric preference (cotton, polyester, waterproof material), and reflective tape standards (ANSI/ISEA 107, EN 471, or other regional standards).

 Custom Details: Share your logo (preferred format: AI, PSD, PNG with high resolution), text (company name, employee name, safety slogans), color scheme (for the garment, logo, and reflective tape), and any special design requests (pockets, zippers, Velcro closures).

You can review the mockup and request unlimited revisions (free of charge) until you’re 100% satisfied. If you want to see the real product before mass production, we also offer a paid sample service (the sample fee will be deducted from your final order amount if you proceed with mass production). The sample will be shipped to you within 2-3 business days, so you can check the fabric, reflective effect, and design in person.

Step 3: Three-Way Verification & Order Confirmation

To ensure zero customization errors, we conduct a three-way verification before starting production. Our order handler, your team, and our production operator will jointly check and confirm all details, including:

3. Customization Application: We apply your logo and text using professional techniques (screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery)—depending on your preference and logo type. Our team pays close attention to detail to ensure the logo is clear, durable, and colorfast.

 

4. Multi-Stage Quality Inspections: Our dedicated QC team conducts inspections at every stage of production:Pre-production inspection: Check raw materials and components.
